Learn better, work better. It just makes sense. And it’s why we created Learna - to change the way people learn, so they can work better and do better work. We’re a microlearning app that makes learning faster, more useful and dare we say it - fun! How? By serving up essential knowledge in small, bite-sized pieces from the best learning content creators. And with research showing that 80% of workers feel learning new skills would make them more engaged at work, Learna solves a pretty big problem facing today’s workforce. Better yet, it does it in a way that’s designed for today – through a smart, simple app that reshapes how people, teams, and organisations experience workplace learning. Since we kicked off, Learna has helped organisations of all sizes create change thanks to valuable culture insights based on learning data. As a result, they've been able to gain team insights, pinpoint operational issues or skills gaps, and most importantly - act on them. Learna’s superpower is seamlessly integrating microlearning with behavioural analytics to build the kind of workplaces the world needs more of.
