Zephyrus Partners is the leading independent adviser to corporates in respect of their defined benefit pension schemes. Indeed we are the only independent adviser with fully integrated expertise across investment, covenant, funding, benefits and governance. Our approach is strategic, delivering DB sustainability by: - Challenging the status quo - Improving engagement - Enhancing M&A deals In our opinion, closure to future accruals and persistent deficits are not inevitable: there is material scope to improve on today’s status quo; we help sponsors realise their potential to reduce deficit and manage contributions while mitigating risks; and our ability to deliver bespoke M&A solutions maximises value and underpins scheme longevity. Our approach is to align all parties around a shared strategy and the cornerstone of our solutions is the buy-in of all parties to a win-win strategy. And through encouraging transparent governance we assist the many stakeholders to work through the inherent conflicts of interest to reach an agreed framework. We offer entirely independent advice - our business model and fee structure are conflict-free.
