Helped SocialIke Win Its Largest Client Pitch to Date
Isaac and his team at SocialIke brought me in to help them pitch a new business opportunity that was bigger than what they typically went after. It was a retainer client in an industry the agency hadn't worked in before, with a budget larger than their usual accounts, and the company itself was a tricky sell: it wasn't obvious what they should be leading with or how to position their offering to stand out.
I got up to speed on the company fast, digging into what they sold, how they were different from competitors, and where the real value would be if we won the business. I applied pitch strategy and storytelling frameworks I'd built up over years of doing this kind of work, and used them to shape a clear point of view: how we'd think about the account differently than a typical agency would. From there I worked with Isaac and his team slide by slide to build out the actual pitch deck, and helped formalize the scope of work and budget we'd recommend.
SocialIke won the business. It ended up being one of the largest clients the agency had landed in its history to that point, and the relationship stayed strong and productive for a long time after the pitch closed.
