Built an AI system to automate commercial insurance renewal emails

At Holloway Labs, I set out to build an AI employee for independent insurance agencies to handle commercial policy renewals. I designed the system, named Riley, to begin working 120 days before a policy renews, drafting the emails that ask clients for updated information needed to process the renewal. While the system was in training, I built in a step where a person at the agency approves every email before it goes out, so the agency keeps oversight as the tool learns. I also built the capability for Riley to read client replies and check the carrier's offer against them, reducing the manual back-and-forth agencies normally handle themselves.
