Founded by former Bain consultants, ERS provides management consulting services and product development support to urban school systems to transform resource use. As a Consulting Manager I led case teams of up to 6, engaging senior leadership on long-term strategic planning, financial alignment, and KPI development. I specialized in staying through extension projects to fully operationalize initial recommendations. This experience taught me the value of anchoring every recommendation in lived realities, and the critical importance of scrutinizing simplifying assumptions.

Personal note reflecting back from present day: I have yet to take on a more challenging role (I'll remove this if I ever find this no longer true). Elements of my teaching experience permeate through my approach as an outcome-driven and learning-focused people manager and strategic partner. I am always happy to talk about this transformative experience and how it has impacted my career at each step.
