Sales Operations and Salesforce Admin
JAN 2018 - JAN 2019 · 1.1 years
I initially joined Coverys given various analytical responsibilities for our Sales department. I produced historical sales reports and budget analysis to identify issues and potential opportunities. I also learned various administrative duties to assist our clientele. As we began to develop Salesforce, the CRM became a much larger part of my daily responsibilities. During the development of our Salesforce production, I assisted our team in describing to our consultants how Salesforce could best be molded to our business needs. I worked extensively to determine any bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the development phase. This is when I realized that instead of describing problems to others, I wanted to solve them myself. I started learning Salesforce and soon after achieved my Admin Certification. Thereafter, I became the primary Salesforce administrator for a production environment of 100+ users. I offered administrative support to users while identifying weaknesses in business processes that can be solved with both short or long-term Salesforce implementations.

ETF Client Services
JAN 2017 - JUN 2017 · 6 months
While the department was titled "Client Management", my time at BBH primarily involved the maintenance of several ETF funds. I was tasked with time-restricted execution of complex data gathering across multiple sources. The position required extensive awareness and adaptability so that when something went wrong, I knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and (most importantly) how to do it before anyone even noticed something went wrong to begin with.

Finance and Analytics Specialist
JAN 2016 - JUN 2016 · 6 months
This sales operation role was primarily involved with accounts payable. I worked to ensure that all payments by our department, Explore America, were made and sent in a timely manor. EF Education First specializes in organizing tour trips for high school students. We constantly coordinated with the operations team and our vendors to ensure the correct payment was made at the right time. The correct execution of our job meant that our customers had a pain-free experience while on their tour. While most time was spent paying out invoices, I also conducted budget analysis and evaluated key inefficiencies in our department budget. I was given creative freedom to tackle problems and oftentimes I was able to present my solutions to finance executives of the company.
