Toast, Inc.As Senior Director of Talent Operations at Toast, I saw the need to build out a shared services capability in India to support our growing talent operations function. Standing up a new team in a new geography meant working through hiring, process design, and setting up the operational infrastructure to support the broader talent organization.
I led the effort to build this function from the ground up, establishing the team and the processes needed for it to operate effectively as part of Toast's global talent operations model.
The result is a functioning shared services team in India that now supports Toast's talent operations work.
