HOW WE PLAY…AT WORK: • Imagine in our workplace of wonder! Imagine the possibilities, asking “What if…?” We recognize that, just as there are countless ways to play, there are countless ways to work. • Create playful productivity! In our playful environment we look at accomplishments differently and understand that creativity allows for variations in the path to achieve each person’s goal. • Explore empowerment and discovery! We believe real learning and growth happens when we have the time and space to explore our world, pursue our passions, and follow our curiosity. • Connect to our collaborative community! We treat people as we would want to be treated – with honesty, authenticity, and respect. • Think with ingenuity and originality! We see opportunities in problems and pride ourselves on doing things differently, continually thinking about why we are here and what it means to inspire. Learn more at MelissaAndDoug.com.
