I am responsible for the growth of the Evolution business throughout the APAC region from our hub in the CBD of Singapore. I headed up the Banking Technology division for Huxley Associates in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District, leading a team of experienced consultants across banking technology, risk and global markets. Huxley has been established in London for 15 years, and has regional offices throughout Europe and in New York. Within the APAC region, Huxley has a presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and India.

I set up Orgtel Finance's inaugural office in Asia Pacific, with a focus on capital markets, IT banking and risk management. The office opened in February 2009 with the aim of delivering high-calibre candidates to leading investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, retail banks, brokerage and trading houses. Orgtel later went through a re-branding exercise to become Huxley Associates.

While working at Orgtel I enjoyed consistent career progression, joining as a Trainee Consultant and working my way through to a senior management role. This success was achieved within a meritocratic environment and included picking up multiple awards and accolades along the way. Working within the competitive world of financial recruitment, I built successful and long-lasting relationships with a host of leading financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, UBS, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Citi, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Global Investors. This was coupled with excellent market knowledge and a strong consultative approach to working with my candidates, ensuring that they ultimately secured the best position for themselves and their careers. I was then given an opportunity to help take Orgtel Finance's successful brand directly to the Asia Pacific region, with the opening of our Singapore office in February 2009.
