Moments of impact from Leon Wosko's career
Peter Zotto came out of ProfitWell's $200M exit to Paddle and started Trove, a proof-of-work career platform in beta. He had the stories and the credibility, but his LinkedIn was doing about 6K impressions a month. We set the bar at 20K. Starting July 20, 2026 I took over his LinkedIn as ghostwriter: 5 posts a week, posted from Peter's personal profile, noon ET. One 90-minute podcast-style interview to mine his stories, then daily drafts he reviews and schedules himself. Formats I built for him: founder-story posts (the ProfitWell exit post alone did 69K impressions), save-worthy tool listicles with Trove as the last entry and the link in the body, and thought-leader roundups that name people for reach. First 19 days (Jul 20 to Aug 7): 125,021 impressions, up 1,223% vs the prior 19 days 72K reached, 88% of it outside his network 1,499 social engagements (901 reactions, 377 saves, 176 comments) plus 1,284 link clicks +539 followers, 4,362 total (+14%) 135 Trove signups in the same window.

I identified a critical gap in how B2B founders were approaching LinkedIn: they were posting regularly but failing to convert their content into qualified sales conversations. Despite consistent effort, their LinkedIn presence wasn't translating into pipeline growth. I saw an opportunity to create a systematic approach that would bridge the gap between content and revenue. To validate the concept, I started by reaching out directly to B2B SaaS founders in my network to understand their pain points and confirm demand. Once validated, I built a simple landing page and structured an offer framework that clearly articulated the value proposition. Within just four weeks of launching Publicative, I secured my first paying client. I then leveraged that initial success as a case study to sign two additional clients, creating early momentum for the business. In the first five months, my clients generated over 600 inbound leads directly from their content strategy. One client successfully converted a significant portion of these leads to his SaaS product, while another built a qualified email list of 230 prospects for his high-ticket program priced at $10,000+. By creating a repeatable system that turns LinkedIn content into measurable business outcomes, I demonstrated that strategic content can be a predictable lead generation engine for B2B founders.
