I served as an executive escalation path for GPU readiness and cluster-delivery risk during this period. Scope including unifying the acquired Voltage Park fleet with Lightning's AI-native cloud across Hardware, Networking, MLOps, and Platform Engineering, and defined org-wide delivery standards including commissioning playbooks, capacity burn-rate reporting, and SLA-compliance frameworks so the combined infrastructure could operate under consistent governance.
CoreWeave · January 2025At CoreWeave, during its hypergrowth and IPO year, I rebuilt the Capacity Infrastructure Delivery governance framework from a fragmented SmartSheet process to an automated delivery process, scaled across 200,000+ GPU deliveries. I also launched CoreWeave's first Canadian and Spain sites, and established NPI governance for the Vera Rubin program while leading simultaneous Blackwell GB200/GB300/B300 and Rubin-family NPI programs, bringing structure to qualification, burn-in, and cluster acceptance ahead of GA across the global datacenter portfolio.
