Scaled a capacity delivery governance framework across 200,000+ GPU deployments at CoreWeave

At CoreWeave, during its hypergrowth and IPO year, I rebuilt the Capacity Infrastructure Delivery governance framework from a fragmented SmartSheet process to an automated delivery process, scaled across 200,000+ GPU deliveries.

I also launched CoreWeave's first Canadian and Spain sites, and established NPI governance for the Vera Rubin program while leading simultaneous Blackwell GB200/GB300/B300 and Rubin-family NPI programs, bringing structure to qualification, burn-in, and cluster acceptance ahead of GA across the global datacenter portfolio.
