I use it as the vehicle for advisory work, selective incubation, and hands-on prototyping of new HW/SW/AI products. • Advise founders and growth-stage teams on product strategy, roadmap definition, prototyping, go to market planning, and cross-functional execution. • Help teams solve complex product and workflow challenges across healthcare, enterprise AI, and consumer and physical products through clearer strategy, better process, and stronger design decisions. • Build and test practical tools and product concepts spanning clinical training workflows, receipt automation, planning and productivity software, sensing, and physical product validation. • Partner with teams that need senior product judgment, innovation grounded in real world constraints, and a builder who can move from strategy to implementation.
