At DayToDay, we are on the mission to create the ultimate patient care experience for anybody, anywhere in the world. Providers, like hospitals, are resource-constrained and cannot adequately manage patients during the entire care journey. Issues outside still cost hospitals. DayToDay focuses on managing virtual patient care - specifically acute, post-surgical, and out-of-hospital care. We are the first company to provide a digital-first, end-to-end acute care service globally. We address two critical challenges in healthcare, which are accessibility and clinical outcomes. Our platform provides hospitals with gold-standard step-by-step personalized care to help patients. We do it by aggregating the latest technologies, coupled with the best doctors' knowledge and experience, to make healthcare simpler, better, and more effective.

• Spearheaded development and product management of the first release of the product to support high transaction volumes with many concurrent users. Wrote majority of the platform code initially. • Conducted resource planning and budgeting; tracked costs to ensure adherence to budgetary limitations in startup environment. Brought in supplemental offshore suppliers to achieve 30% decrease in engineering costs for key product offerings. • Managed multiple product lines using agile methodology and the product implementation projects in UK, France, Italy and Russia. • Recruited and coached founding employees and contractors for Technology & Product team including developers and managers.
Following our Series A funding round, we faced a critical challenge: extend our runway by at least 12 months while continuing to deliver on product roadmap commitments to customers. With limited capital and aggressive growth targets, we needed a way to maintain engineering velocity without compromising quality or timeline—a balance that would prove essential to our survival and ability to reach our next funding milestone. I took a structured approach to building an offshore capability that would deliver real results. I researched five offshore vendors across Eastern Europe and India, evaluating each on code quality standards and timezone overlap to ensure seamless collaboration. After narrowing to two finalists, I ran paid pilot projects to validate their capabilities in our actual development environment. The winning team demonstrated clean React code and committed to daily standups that overlapped with our morning hours—critical for maintaining communication and team cohesion. I then brought the proposal to our CFO and VP of Engineering, who were initially skeptical but became strong advocates after seeing the pilot results. The impact exceeded our targets. Within 90 days, we achieved the 30% cost reduction goal, which extended our runway from 12 to 18 months—buying us critical breathing room. The offshore team delivered two major features on schedule, and our sprint velocity increased by 25% without any decline in code quality. The success was significant enough that our board specifically cited this initiative in their next quarterly review as a key factor in our improved unit economics, validating both the approach and the execution.
