I was asked to participate in a CHRO discussion titled, “The Future of Leadership: People, Purpose, and Possibility” at Seramount’s annual Gala in New York City.
Such a riveting conversation that focused on the CHRO’s role in driving business transformation, reinforcing culture, AI and data based decision making and cultivating the next generation leaders. It was an honor to share the stage with incredibly talented CHRO's.
The gala, itself, honored Working Parents and Caregivers of the Year. As each recipient had their name announced, walked the stage and received a plaque, the moment celebrated the hard work of parents in the workforce and their children's life moments. It was beautiful.
