Unlocked record OEE and lower manufacturing costs by reorganizing global operations

As Global Operations Senior Director for Titanium Technologies, I was responsible for all aspects of global manufacturing across an organization of more than 2,000 employees and over 1,500 contractors. The business needed a more effective operating structure to improve performance and safety outcomes across its global footprint.

I led a reorganization of the manufacturing organization, restructuring how teams were aligned to drive accountability and performance across sites.

The reorganization unlocked record OEE performance, improved EHS outcomes, and lowered the overall Cost of Manufacture for the enterprise.
