Sourced and Led Growth Equity Investment in Woof Gang

At Great Hill Partners, I identified and led an investment in Woof Gang, the nation's largest pet services franchise. I recognized that the company had strong unit economics but lacked the capital and operational infrastructure needed to accelerate its franchise growth and professionalize its digital presence, so I sourced the opportunity and led the diligence process from start to finish. Based on that diligence, we structured a growth equity investment specifically designed to fund Woof Gang's expansion. Following the close in June 2026, I joined the company's board of directors and now work closely alongside the CEO on key growth initiatives, bringing an investor's perspective to strategic decision-making as the franchise scales. As this is a recently closed deal, we are still in the early stages of the partnership, with the full impact of the investment and board involvement expected to unfold over the coming months and years as growth initiatives take hold.
