In a world where AI can fake anything, verified proof of work should determine your opportunities. Building Trove to make that real. The professional hiring system runs on self-reported data. No one verifies it. Trove fixes that by giving professionals a way to capture and validate their real work, backed by the people who saw it happen.

Post our ProfitWell acquisition I led the strategic tech enabled consulting practice at Price Intelligently, overseeing a team of pricing strategists and economists focused on helping SaaS and subscription startups, scale ups, and Fortune 500 companies optimize revenue. We delivered pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies grounded in deep market research, customer data, and competitive analysis typically driving 20–40% revenue lift. Many of the value-based pricing frameworks and monetization models now common across the SaaS ecosystem originated from this work, shaping how the industry prices today.

Co-founded and bootstrapped ProfitWell and led all things go-to-market through years of not always linear growth, from our early customer conversation to a platform serving 30,000+ SaaS companies including Canva, Notion, and HubSpot. As CRO, I built the sales, marketing, and partnerships motion from scratch, navigating early misfires, finding repeatability, and scaling into channels that moved the needle. Led our Price Intelligently consulting practice where our team of pricing strategists delivered data-backed monetization strategies that typically increased client revenue by 20-40%. I worked closely with product on what to build, pricing on how to charge, and success on how to keep customers for the long haul, ultimately creating the #1 subscription metrics platform and industry-standard pricing methodologies. Every quarter looked different, but the throughline was simple: figure out what drives revenue and build the engine to sustain it, all the way through to a $200M+ exit to Paddle. We power the subscription financial metrics and pricing strategies for 20% of the subscription market, from small startups to the Fortune 50. We also provide these companies with turnkey software that leverages the data we're sitting on to reduce their churn (ProfitWell Retain) and optimize their pricing (Price Intelligently). We're bootstrapped with offices in Boston, Salt Lake City, and Rosario, Argentina. We were the first to launch a fully functional human powered technology platform to drive significant growth from pricing across some of the most notable names in SaaS

We made an iPad app. It was sort of like angry birds, but for college admissions, so actually nothing like angry birds. Accepting, rejecting, and waitlisting applicants way more efficiently than pen & paper. Acquired by TargetX At Matchbox, we believe that the university admissions process can be super-charged through amazing software. We believe admissions professionals deserve great software built by admissions professionals – who better to understand the opportunities to improve the entire recruitment process? We believe that admission software should immerse you in the applicant’s story, without allowing process to get in the way.
