Secured investment and delivered Paddle’s first design system

At the end of 2024 I identified the need for a unified design system at Paddle and led the initiative to define its vision, secure cross-functional buy-in, and deliver its first implementation.

The system introduced shared foundations, reusable components, and consistent interaction patterns across core customer touchpoints.

This enabled teams to build faster, improve accessibility, and deliver a cohesive platform experience aligned with Paddle’s product vision.
