In 2026, EasyLlama faced a critical need to refresh its digital presence to align with a new brand identity and articulate an evolved platform story. The existing homepage no longer reflected the company's positioning, and improving conversion rates became a key priority to support business growth. As VP of Marketing, I recognized that the homepage redesign would be essential to communicating our value proposition effectively and driving measurable business impact.
I led the redesign effort by orchestrating collaboration between an external agency and internal stakeholders across the organization. This required aligning cross-functional teams on vision, managing feedback loops, and ensuring that the final design balanced creative excellence with strategic marketing objectives. The process involved navigating competing priorities and synthesizing diverse perspectives to deliver a cohesive experience that would serve both brand and conversion goals.
The project is currently in progress, with outcomes and conversion rate improvements to be determined upon launch and subsequent measurement.
